A book report is a report that tells about a book that you
read and how you liked the book.
A book report should have four paragraphs.
The first paragraph should include:
1. The title of the book
2. The name of the author
3. The type of book - fiction, non-fiction
4. Names and descriptions of the main characters
5. The setting of the book
6. The time period of the book.
The second paragraph should include:
1. A summary of the story - What happened in the beginning, middle,
and end of the book.
Note: Sometimes, the summary is included in the first
paragraph. If you're not sure, ask your teacher.
The third paragraph should include:
1. What do you think was the point of the book? What did the
author want you to learn?
2. Did the other make their point well?
The fourth paragraph should include:
1. Your Recommendation - Did you enjoy the book? Would you
tell someone else to read the book? Why? Why not? |
